Refund policy

If you find that one of our toys does not meet your expectations and you wish to return it, you have 30 days from the date you received the product to initiate a return. Please reach out to us at info@seaside-montessori.com, and we will assist you with the return process.

Please note that to be eligible for a return, the toy must be undamaged, unused, and in its original packaging. If these conditions are not met, we cannot process your return.

To begin the refund process, please contact us at info@seaside-montessori.com. If your return meets our policy standards, we will provide you with instructions on how and where to return your package. All returns must be sent to our warehouse.

Returns without prior approval from us will not be accepted.

Upon returning the item, please ensure you send us the return tracking number via email.

Please be advised that return shipping fees fall under your responsibility, except in cases where the item is defective, damaged, or not as described.

Once your package is returned and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you via email that we have received your returned item(s). We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If your refund is approved, the amount paid will automatically be credited back to the original method of payment within a certain number of days.

Please note that gift cards and printables are non-refundable.
